[Music] i wonder if uh we can think a little bit about you know when young people do take that really difficult step to reach out for help um what are some of the barriers that they tend to encounter yeah that's a really good question there's oh so many um which is unfortunate i think that a lot of times for young folks that initial first step to reach over support um can often be the most daunting one that like um even saying the words of like hey i need to get a little bit of extra support right now can be really scary it can be a lot to do that um and i think um for some young folks i think a lot of times when you're putting out that first bit if i need some support it doesn't always necessarily sound like i'm experiencing x y z means a half challenge and i need x y z support um sometimes it's more like um it's a little bit more subtle you know like i'm really struggling right now i'
