Wrist power wrist ball
Inside the box you will find wrist gyroscopes, some red strings and some other useful information. Pull out the red rope and the ball. When holding the ball, make sure that the open part of the gyroscope is away from you and exposed.
In the exposed part, rotate it until you see a hole. Using a red rope, insert one end of the rope into the hole and wrap it around the gyroscope until it is wound 2 to 3 times.
Stretch your arms with the exposed part facing up, remove the remaining rope and pull up quickly. If done well, the ball will start to spin. Use your favorite hand, pick up the Power Wrist Ball and start spinning your hands and wrists while trying to keep your arms steady to help speed up the gyroscope until you reach the desired speed. Keep using it until you are done.
The first few times can be difficult, but once you figure out how it works, it's like riding a bicycle, it's easier and easier. It will feel strange at first, but pay attention to the subtle movements given by the gyroscope to understand the speed of the rotating hand and wrist.
Usually, you can imagine a center point on the back of your hand. When holding the Summermax Power Wrist Ball, make a circle around the center point. Rotating the Power Wrist Ball's hand is similar to rotating an ice cube in a glass or rotating a wine in a glass. This is not about the speed of the rotating arm, but how fast the rotation speed is to help the gyroscope accelerate.
Rotating to fast first will usually be counterproductive and cause the ball to slow down or stop. Try to synchronize the rotation of the wrist with the momentum and time of the rotor's rotation. The faster the rotor rotates, the easier it is to operate.
