How to operate when Pairing failed.
To have two earbuds working at the same time, you must pair the two earbuds before pairing them with the phone, please try the following:
1. Clean up any bluetooth devices that your phone was previously connected to.
2. Make sure the headphones and charging bay are charged.
3. Put the earphones back into the charging bin and take them out. Please check whether the red and blue lights flash on the two earbuds.
4. If both of the earbuds can be turned on normally, please double click on either side to allow the earphone to pair. (If paired, the headphones will slow flash the blue light.)
5. At this time to link to the phone to your earbuds.
NOTICE: When the two headsets are paired, your phone searches for the bluetooth name and only one bluetooth name appears. If your two headphones are connected to your phone separately, only one of them will sound.
