Press the Laminator Cover Button, and lift the Laminator Cover. Then lower the Laminator Bottom Cover. Rotate the upper locking lever counterclockwise. Rotate the upper cassette clockwise, then remove the upper cassette. Open the cassette, and remove the laminate spool. Note the orientation of the spool. Place the new roll of laminate in the cassette, leaving an inch or two extending out of the cassette. Close the cassette until you hear an audible click. Hold the laminate firmly against the roller, then trim the exposed end with scissors. Ensure that laminate overhand does not exceed 1/32 inch (0.5 millimeters). Slide the cassette onto the spindle until it is fully seated. Rotate the cassette counterclockwise until you hear an audible click.
