DESCRIPTION
Zenex ZenaQuat is a non-abrasive cleaner and deodorizer for evaporator coils in small air conditioners, commercial air handling equipment, HVAC cooling coils and refrigeration equipment. Controls mold and mildew. Cleans and deodorizes. Cuts grease and grime without scrubbing.

Features and Benefits
Designed to purify the coil as it cleans. This proprietary quaternary ammonia compound formula will help open up restricted air flow due to build up in the coil surface, advance heat transfer, reduce head pressure and optimize system capacity when the condenser and evaporator coil are cleaned on a regular preventative schedule. This specialized coil cleaner helps improve indoor air quality and aids in the breakdown of cold water slime in the pan.

Applications and Uses
An excellent product for air conditioners, central cooling systems, auto air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers. For use in hotels/motels, homes, commercial buildings, air conditioner services and auto and RV repair services.

Directions for Use
Turn off A/C unit prior to using. Shake well prior to using. Coat the entire surface positioning can 6 to 8 inches from surface. Let dwell for up to 5 minutes depending on severity of buildup on the surface to be cleaned. Watch the breakdown of dust, dirt, grease, etc. while the expanding foam begins to work. Turn A/C unit on, no rinsing is required on the evaporator coil. On the condenser coil a final water rinse is required. Make sure to rinse the entire surface removing all product from the applied area.
