High-gloss, 20 percent solids floor finish, designed to provide a wet look with weekly ultra high speed burnishing. Resists scuffs and black heel marks. Apply with rayon mop. Provides a high loss finish. Resists scuffing. It goes on fast and dries quickly, giving floors a consistently brilliant shine. Physical form: thin, water-based liquid. Color: opaque, white. Scent: mild. pH: 7.5 - 8.5. Density - specific gravity: 8.50 lbs./gal. - 1.02. Solids (non-volatile): 20 percent. Flash point (TCC): none. Shelf life: 1 year minimum. Directions for use: for best results, strip all old finish using z-tread heavy duty floor stripper. Rinse thoroughly. Allow floor to dry. Apply 4 thin coats of Z-tread uhs floor finish. Allow floor to dry thoroughly between coats; 15 to 20 minutes under normal conditions. If sealer is desired or required because of a porous substrate, apply 2 coats of z-tread floor sealer and 3 coats of z-tread uhs floor finish. Floor finish is maintained by frequent dust mopping and daily damp mopping with zep neutral floor cleaner. Keep floor dust-free. Maintain by dry burnishing with a beige pad and a zep model 20 ultra-high-speed burnisher or a zep propane ultra- high-speed burnisher. Optimum results are obtained if burnished 2 to 3 times a week. Z-tread burnish restorer can be used up to once a week to enhance burnish response. 5 Gallons capacity. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing vapors, spray or mists. Do not ingest. Do not reuse container. Wash thoroughly after handling.
