hey they're at your house damn today's project is going to be heading an eighth inch auxiliary audio jack to my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix I've got a lot of music stored in my phone but unfortunately this car didn't come with one of those little jacks so that's what we're gonna add today now it does have XM satellite radio built in but I'm not interested in paying for a subscription service so that's what we're going to use to get the audio fed into the radio and let's go over to the workbench and I'll show you the parts that I'm gonna use for today's project not really much gonna be needed as far as the parts go it's just an RCA out of my spare junk been essentially free I'm going to use that for the signal cable panel Jack here about a 5 pack of these for less than five bucks so this DIY L only cost me a dollar makes me happy now this is a three position panel jack I intend to disconnect
