hi this is Mike Kramer with Matthews galleries and today we're going to be talking about acid-free Maddie this is number six in our series of ask the expert everything that we use is acid-free matting and I want to show you a sample of how we would do an asset free man the cup is an acid-free mat and then behind the piece we have an acid-free board and then we would use acid-free corners to keep the artwork in place basically we don't want to damage the artwork by taping it or gluing it if it's something that's collectible so once that's all done we've got the piece protected and horse the class with you on top of it and over here is a great selection of matts we have everything that we sell is acid-free we've got regular mats we've got fabric mats there's just so many to choose from I hope that you'll stop in sometime and see what we can do for you with some acid free body thanks again
