what's going on everybody so this is going to be a quick tip for your glidecam mm this is an XR 2000 and basically what my problem was is the well they call this their quick-release plate but on the XR mm it's not very quick to put back on take off and all that stuff and realign it to get it balanced so I bought a quick release plate right here an actual quick release plate and this problem started happening it just started getting real loose on the bottom because what I have on here let me focus this is a two washers down here below on the on the bolt itself so I'm going to give you a quick little tip here about how I'm going to go about solving it and here we go so basically the first thing you want to do is just take off all these little bolts right here just unscrew them off did you see there this their quick release plates going to come off along with my quick release plate as you
