so I am so sick of this piece of crap 18t box I did not unplug it this time the box on here had the green light on and it was solid when I turned on the TV nothing was going on so I held down the power button on the thing after trying pressing it a couple times and pressing the okay but another on the remote and eventually I get this this is what led to us losing all of our all of our DVR recordings last time they said they were going to send us a new DVR in the mail this poster is ruined I supposed to arrive here two business days after I talked to them last Saturday so I would have expected it around Tuesday or maybe Wednesday of this last week we still have not gotten it they sent me an email with instructions on how to hook it up but no DVR box in the mail for certain thing as such a piece of crap I don't know if Comcast is is bad I did not like them when I was with them before but
