It’s great to correct for room modes that cause problems at low frequencies. But if that causes all kinds of filter nasties higher up in the audio band, it’s not a price I’m willing to pay. And talking about price, often the price was stopping me too. When I discovered DIRAC in the NAD T758 V3, I went searching for a DIRAC solution at the quality of my reference setup 1. My first attempt was the DIRAC software solution. I installed Windows 10 and DIRAC Live on the Intel NUC 7i7BNH computer on the third floor, only to find that there was no way
