This is one of those lenses that can be traced back to decades of documentary photography. It really is the classic go-to lens for reportage and street photography. So why do you like using the AF-S NIKKOR 35mm f/1.4G? Well, for me there's two reasons. The first would have to be the wide-angle focal length, which means that we can hand-hold this lens even when we drop our shutter speeds down to compensate for the low light environment that we are in.
