[Music] hi fire axe many audiophiles use them to present their gear nicely it makes it nice to look at but also for a vibration control because vibrations can disturb sensitive electronics inside amps and Dax and things like that I have a very luxurious rack here this is from a company called hi-fi Rex UK limited there in Leicestershire in the UK this is called the podium reference it's modular so that each of these shelves lifts off because the spike rests inside the screw hole on the shelf beneath and this is great I love the look of it I wouldn't know really whether it makes any difference to sound because I'm always changing gear out I've never really done the a/b but I like it as a piece of furniture it's stunning but it's also expensive so not everybody has got you know nearly two thousand dollars to buy one of these so I want to show you now what I also use I also use it myself b
