hello everyone today we're going to show you how to replace the Fitbit surge buckle on the band there's a small pin inside it pops right out there's a spring it's a spring pin you can push down on it it compresses down and comes out so you can use your fingernail or a small screwdriver I use my fingernail it's very simple process so this part comes off here I'm just and the pen pulls right out like that pull that out take the latch off so it looks like when it's removed the buckle assembly kit comes in three pieces the latch the spring bar and the buckle we do sell those assemblies are available at a link down below under more info about this video so in order to install it you would first take the latch piece make sure this is curved downward and it fits inside the groove right here in the band you hold that in place take the spring bar stick that through the hole until it comes out th
