hi there my name's Vince from my mate Vince common in this video today I'm going to show you a nice easy fix if you're having problems with your Fitbit after HR that by doing one simple thing it can often fix many faults that you're having so if you have in faults such as it's not tracking your steps or other data or it's not responding to taps when you're tapping it or it's not sinking despite it being set up properly to your phone then by restarting the device it can often fix these things that basically you're rebooting it now by rebooting it you're not going to lose any of your data so for example now if I was to tap this you can see the time the steps taken today Part B etc etc now all that data will still be here doing this technique will only reboot the device but by rebooting it is often the same as telling the computer on and off it can fix a lot of problems obviously if you've
