find product links below and hundreds more videos on my channel hey guys welcome back so I wanted to give a quick tip about this and I figured hey let's do a mini little review about this as well so this is the amount frodo 520 bowl and this is an awesome little bowl adapter which doesn't come with a quick-release plate that you see on here but this is how I use it itself basically permanently got a quick-release plate on that most of the time and this is the handle that it comes with and you can get the SH version which has a short handle but for me I really really like the big handle it just gives me another grip under the tripod to hold with and I know that some of you might not like that I'm not showing it on a tripod right now but I have so many videos where I use this and explain how it's connected and things like that so I'll post a link to one of those down below because I you k
