The CX30 is very easy to set up. It's simply designed so that everything you need is right in the box, no assembly required. When installing the scanner, first make sure that the software and device drivers have installed on the PC. Once that's occurred you're ready to plug in the power cord and the USB cable into the bottom of the CX30. Next, connect the USB cable to your PC. And please remember that the CX30 is power-efficient does not have a power switch. The power is completely controlled by the PC to the CX30.
