all right when working on any machine it's important unplug the power networking potentially USB connector here to unplug all right today we're gonna replace the formatter board on an HP 2015 printer or a first thing to do is to remove this side cover to do that you need to access the back alright now if you can look down into this crack here you might see a bit of a black screw and a little bit of an indent in this piece here lining up with it and that's the best place to try to pop these apart I use the flat screwdriver very carefully pop that out there's another one right down here pop that up alright now you pushing more forward then pulling out you can remove the side cover next thing we need to do with the formatter here is to remove the cables it's a very good idea to use a small pointed tool part pointed tool here to help so you can very carefully and evenly remove the cable fro
