Installation:
Fix the dash cam on the original mirror with rubber straps, connect it to the cigarette lighter.
Rear cam: Connect the red cable to the positive power of the reverse light, and the black cable to the front camera.
Hide the cable inside the car cabin/carpet to make a cleaner look.

Question 1: About the built-in battery?
Answer 1: The inbuilt battery in a dashcam is meant to save files only in case of power failure or emergency. It is small and only meant to keep the dash camera on for a few seconds after you shut your car off and save the video file.

Question 2: Could it work 24 hours?
Answer 2: It works as long as it is charged. To keep it working 24/7, you have to buy an additional 12v/24v to 5v converter to wire the dash cam to the car battery.

Question 3: Can I use the system without the rear camera?
Answer 3: The front mirror dash cam still works without the rear camera being hooked up.

Question 4: Could I use it as a normal rear-view camera while keeping it recording?
Answer 4: Yes, set "Screen Saver" and it will turn off display in 1 minute. Then you can use it as a normal rear-view mirror and it is still recording the front/rear cameras.

if you've ever browsed the weird electronics that are on Amazon you might come across something like this this is the acaso dl9 10 inch rear view mirror dashcam all in one combo thingy together this is not a video that I normally do of course but they reached out to me asking me to just review it they're not paying to sponsor this video and I actually needed one for this car so it's like yeah sure why not cool company company recognized me sent me something so we're gonna go ahead and open this set it up and just do a quick little review i've already unbox this like four or five times now i just keep messing up the recording so this is this is what it looks like is what all the garbage stuff in the background looks like and we've got a nifty little camera on the back so this will sit on the mirror up here itself it just attaches to whatever mirror you got which you know i wasn't looking
