the first to bring you the hottest DJ gear on the planet we are a GI pro DJ comm hello everybody it's DJ tae from AGI pro DJ comm and today we are taking a look at the brand new JBL prx 718 XLF and what this is is the 18 inch powered subwoofer from their 700 series they've upped the wattage to 1500 watts 134 DB of output weighs in at 81 pounds has a 90 Hertz electronic crossover has DB x-type for electronic limiting built into the cabinet as well so there's a lot of high-tech stuff going on here they went and switched out the drivers from neodymium to ferrite they also included an active fan module which was something that a lot of people complained about on the 600 series so 1500 watts they've added an active cooling fan in the back to keep the amplifier module cool and to keep that 1500 watts running to that 18 inch sub all night long this thing is definitely designed to rock the part
