today we're doing a quick video guide of the hd1080vdw, which is a hd sdi high definition cctv dome camera. inside the box we have a user guide, installation screws and wall plugs and of course we have the camera itself. the camera is approximately 13cm wide by 11 or 12 cm high. it is what we call a vari-focal camera it has a 2.8 to 12mm lens - the lens can be adjusted using the zoom screw here on the side of the lens, and there is also a focus screw on the opposite side. so when you do adjust the zoom you can then obviously re-focus the camera. it's surrounded by infrared LED's which provide night vision up to 30 metres in complete darkness. the cable comes through the rear of the camera, the cable is approximately two foot long - has three connections, it has a green BNC which is the high definition connection, it has a yellow BNC which is a standard definition connection and it also
