Wifi connection, note:
a. This camera supports 2.4Ghz wifi router, not 5Ghz.
To identify your wifi is 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz, check WLAN list, if router is dual band, you can easily find there are two same wifi list with 5G marked or 2.4G.
b. Special character like black space will affect wifi connection, so please make sure your wifi password is made up without blank space.
c. Use android phone to add the camera into app, turn on your GPS for quick WAN list search.
d. Wifi name (SSID) should not be hidden, if its hidden, wifi connection will fail.
