[Music] hey guys so to girl--she I am about to go in the gym and get a workout in I'm gonna try to record I try to get get here a little earlier but it's already like almost seven o'clock doesn't look as busy but I wanted to do with this review though on this um on the gym buddy it's basically just amount and um I probably got this like maybe four or five months ago I ordered it on Amazon it was like I think 20 bucks and I've been wanting to do a review on it and so I'm gonna go in and try to see if I can do that while I'm here basically it came with like four of the discs they look like this and it just has gym buddy on it and basically it came with that I like and he said that you pull off and you stick on it but it wasn't strong enough and so what I ended up doing is just gluing it on to an old case with a hot glue gun and it works perfect all right and so basically it just looks jus
