in this video i'm going to show you how to clean the transport rollers and the tires first power off the scanner and open the scanner cover use a kodak alaris approved cleaning cloth it is okay to use a vacuum to clean out the transport area but never use compressed or canned air wipe the separation tires rotate them and wipe them again repeat this step until they are clean then do the same thing for the transport rollers it may be easier to clean the separation tires and the feed module tires by removing them first remove the separation module pull the cover forward and lift up on the separation module then clean the tires the same way to replace it open up the separation cover line up the notch and slide it down to remove the feed module you need to access the printer area do this by opening up the top cover you will see a green knob on the right side rotate the green knob and release
