iOptron iEQ45 Hard Carry Case

all right so a couple things with my IAP Tron IQ 45 here all right declination very nice very smooth all the way around very smooth right ascension however not smooth at all yes all of these are unde or loosened up now I know I mean look right here I can feel and I know it's difficult to get this from the visual here I can feel the problem okay so got a response back from IAP Tron and they are telling me that the everything's fine basically I don't believe that myself but that is what they are telling me so they did tell me to go ahead and use the balancing routine in the hand controller to try to get some balance so I'm going to go ahead and attempt that let me push the mount down it's absolutely impossible to tell the mount is balanced and right ascension tell you that right now there is a considerable amount of force that I have to give on this mount in order to move it in right asce
