Steve how are you today I'm good Kathy are you um callin for another crazy kind of question for you but I'm completely down and it says I need to change my waste toner and and what how does that happened and I don't even know what's going on well most likely on your display screen down at the bottom there was a little yellow triangle that might have shown up and what that's indicating is it wants you to touch that it's like attention look at me touch that you little yellow triangle if it would I would be on this machine you would see a display pop-up that would say waystone or near full or almost full and at that point you need to make sure you either order a waste toner voucher or prepare for it to stop when it's all the way full if that happens like in your case when it's all the way full you need to empty it so you can keep running and the easiest way to do that would be to open the
