what's up guys I'm Jeffrey the jet from residence comm today we are back at it once again with another Fitbit video so I've been reviewing Fitbit products for five six years now so I think I've tested pretty much every single Fitbit product out there and in today's video I want to cover two of their bracelet style Fitbit devices right so we're gonna talk about the inspire HR which is brand-new and the Alta HR so these are kind of like sister products maybe like a first generation and a second generation product and so you'll see a little bit of a difference between them and what we're really gonna do is cover why you would get one over the other so we're gonna talk about all the stuff they have in common and then really why I think the inspire HR is the much better device so we're gonna talk about all that and more hopefully you enjoy the video if you do and you recognize hey these guys
