Constant Current Mode Switching LED Driver Power Supply, 350mA 28-100VDC 35 Watt

hi following on from yesterday's mailbag video where I received these one watt LED downlights I mentioned that I wanted to design a constant current regulator to drive these LEDs rather than use the AC powered one that came with them so what I want to do is design a circuit that we can pair from 24 volts it will drive the LEDs with a constant current but also have a control signal which means we can change the brightness of the leds so what we're going to do today is I'm going to do a bit of DC to DC converter theory and then we're going to design the circuit work through the component values and then finally breadboard the circuit and hook it up to the signal generator and oscilloscope and verify the operation of it in a video that I'll release in a day or two I'll then write some code for the microchip D s pic 33 GS series range of microchip pics and these have high speed PWM peripher
