hello this Jill and I have this halogen reading light it has two light fixtures and they have halogen bulbs and and this one just got blown out so I have to replace some of the halogens but it can be a little complicated and so I will show you how to do that today so I went ahead and picked up 220 watt halogen bulbs these have two little prongs on them these are these are the g8 halogen bulbs and 120 volt that are designed for this this fixture here now looking closely at the lamp you can see my problem it's not just a matter of screwing in a bulb we have the existing halogen it has the two prong collagen and somehow we have to open this up to get into it now first thing you might think is to remove these screws but that's not how you do it actually one's missing because I'll take the entire fixture off it's actually designed there's this glass here and it's actually designed with this
