[Music] g'day Chivas I'm back okay why 24 volts everyone keeps asking me why are we doing 24 volts I'm gonna try and explain it and write it down hopefully on this bit of paper and explain why we're doing it this way okay essentially 24 volts is going to give you a bigger range to work with so if I can sort of draw then in a basic diagram if we think about a 12 volt battery from being 100% full to zero okay I want to basically drain in my case about 50 percent of the capacity of the batteries okay on a 12 volt battery at 100% on AGM batteries about twelve point eight volts okay now fully depleted it's about eleven point eight volts roughly okay people vary about exactly what that is I only want to use 50% of the battery okay which is around about twelve point three volts now that give me this much to play with all right the reason I only want to drain it that far is simply because it ta
