ACOMPATIBLE Replacement Keyboard for Lenovo Thinkpad E531 E540 Laptop (4 Fixing Screws)

Hello, today i want to show you the exchange of a keyboard on the example of a Lenovo ThinkPad E531. There is a particularity with this keyboard which can be found in many ThinkPads nowadays. It's a grid which can be moved upwards. I can show it to you on the example of the new keyboard. This is what it looks like when you push it upwards. To move the grid, you have to use those three tiny notches. As you can see, it slips back because it jams up here. On the backside, under the battery, there is a small flap which has to be opened. Now the grid can be pushed up. Below the grid, there are four small screws, which have to be unscrewed. At this point, you can carefully take off the keyboard. Unplug the two cables.
