Adaptec 1891300 Ata Raid 2400A Kit

hello everyone today we're going to talk about this uh adaptac raid card this is the aar 2400 a it is one of two that adaptec ever made can handle up to four drives i think either in raids 0 1 5 and 10 this is the only ide card ever offered by a dabtech that actually works in the novel network operating system but unfortunately it's not a perfect card by any stretch of the imagination it's this thing is huge and for cases designed back in the day it's kind of a rock been a hard place because if you put this thing in a normal atx case it's not gonna likely work but unless it's one of those entry level cases that only take two drives or if you manage to put all four drives and then you have to use some rails to use the five and a quarter bays it's so really not the most practical thing but we'll see how it performs so what i'm going to hook it up in is this old intel 845 series board it's
