Altronix Plug-in Transformer, 115V in, 24V Out, 50V

hello my name is rich howard owner of architectural builder supply in this video is to bring you a closer look at the ultronix tp2420 plug-in type transformer this is going to have a v 24vac output 0.8 amp max and obvious well 115 vac input so this is going to be something very typically used for powering an electrical device that is rated for 24 volts ac 0.8 amp max which is probably ample for whatever your power where you simply need to be able to plug in your plug a transformer into your power source like just a typical outlet with that screw there uh and just power something an alarm panel uh for instance an intercom panel uh an electric strike you know you could use uh for this sort of uh situation plug-in transformers while they may not be the most elegant solution they are certainly a very convenient solution for powering something when you need to keep it simple for whatever rea
