hi everybody Trenton Bennett here and today I'm going to talk to you about ferrite cores a friend of mine asked me for some advice on how to use these things and what they are and so since she's really cool I figured I'd put this together and share it with her and this is also for you so what is a ferrite core it's kind of a sheath that wraps around an electrical wire in order to prevent the signal from getting any interference going down the line in other words it's a little bit of a shield that prevents electrostatic noise or historic inés of interference that might show up in your equipment and if that sounds a little techy just realize that you already have ferrite cores in your Hummel right now that's right they're all around you if you have a table of any kind that has this little thing on it that kind of looks like a snake swallowed a whole bunch of tricycle tires you've got a fe
