just a quick one here today guys if you've ever had a problem running a cell phone or in this case I've got a two-way radio scanner if you've ever had a problem running this through your auxiliary audio input in your vehicle and you get nasty alternator or engine whine or humming or buzzing sounds there's a real easy way to cure that and I'm gonna show you it give you an example here what I'm talking about so this is this is my scanner it's turned on and if I turn up the radio volume you can hear that it's buzzing or humming and but that only happens when I'm running it on DC power from the cigarette lighter in the in the truck if I'm running this just on battery power it doesn't do it well the reason why is because the truck radio and this power adapter are sharing the same power supply in the same ground so it's called what they call a ground loop well I'm going to turn this down here
