The PT-1280 is flexible when it comes to tape sizes and types. It will work with tape sizes up to 1/2-inch in size, and it uses durable, laminated tapes for versatile indoor/outdoor use. It also works with any kind of tape within the "TZ" family, including standard adhesive tape, flexible ID, extra strength, acid free, fabric and more. Plus, it prints various text/background color combinations depending upon the type of tape. The PT-1280 offers three different text sizes for added versatility, and it will automatically adjust the text size according to the size of the tape. Make labels with up to two lines of text. It also features five text-framing options available for even more flexibility.
No matter what kind of tape is used, the PT-1280's 180 dpi print resolution allows for quick, accurate printouts. Print labels at brisk speeds of up to 10 millimeters per second.
