okay so basically I've taken apart my whole Zen be I just got today actually and I took it out of the box and put some songs on it and it totally froze up and I I was like totally freaked out so what do you do when you have trouble just start taking stuff apart so I did I'll show you step by step once I okay so what I did here is this is the first piece that you pull off this white piece right here in front which I have it so plan a partially apart so its conta so you take this here off sets inside now this is your second piece this also just pops up chip fingernails you can basically get this off once you get that off I want you to remove that's there's a little screw that goes right there you take that out in order to and right now it's kind of a part already so I took that screw up now the next part it was a little bit tougher this whole screen is glued all the way all the way around
