this is the canon 24 millimeter tilt-shift lens but what is it tilt-shift lens what does it do why would you use one well in this video I'm gonna try to explain it and I'm gonna tell you why this is one of my favorite lenses to carry stick around [Music] so this is obviously a pretty unique lens a tilt-shift lens has some really great uses in photography particularly for product photography and for architecture the way that it tilt shift lens works or a perspective control lens works is you can move it in ways that you can't move a conventional lens you can tilt the lens from side to side you can shift it up and down back and forth in all different directions this is the 24 millimeter version Canon also makes a 17 millimeter version which I've used there's also I think a 45 millimeter and a 90 millimeter version as well and some other companies make them also but I've started using this
