all right in this video I'm going to show you how you can have a running cap and headset in one and not just a headset but a bone conduction headset that means that the sound is transferred through vibration by these little transducers here they touch your head so you can hear the sound without having anything in or on your ears this means that when you're running you can actually pay attention to traffic and still stay connected to your phone so here's the Bluetooth receiver and amplifier and basically what you can you can see what I've done here is I've taken this thing off of the headset the original as it as it's shipped right and I'll put this little clip inside this comes with the unit and just run the cables here and you can see that there's a little cable winder supplied here and the cap is already made to fit this this whole setup here so you've got little holders here and you'
