so I don't think I'm alone of this but I sit for very very long periods of time at work just sitting there at a desk in basically the exact same position for a minimum of six plus hours a day five days a week that is a lot of just sitting on your butt all day and from what I've heard this is extremely bad for your health and hard on the body even though the point of saying it's as bad for you as smoking now I have no idea if that's true in any event sitting for so long at work and then coming home and sitting in front of my computer for another three or more hours a day and even longer on the weekends I had really started getting just overall pain and stiffness in my legs and particularly in my shoulders I know it's not my chair because I've used an Aeron chair for years and this has really only become an issue as I've had to start sitting for a lot longer than usually accustomed to it
