[Music] remove the trim from the mud flash remove the clip from the one frame that is holding the junction box bracket in place we recommend using construction adhesive to help secure the mud flange to the ceiling install the black ring of the mud flange into the one frame until the mud flange is flush with the ceiling secure the mud flange to the ceiling with four number eight drywall screws not included smoothly apply the joint compound to the mud flange and the ceiling until the mud flange is completely covered finish the ceiling [Music] prepare the dr d2m module for installation by installing two screws and retaining washers included with the one frame into the screw holes in the module flange carefully route the wires into the one frame and connect the module female connector to the hardwired adaptor male connector place the module into the housing aligning the screws with washers
