Q: How much wood does it hold? i.e. how many split logs?
A: I usually bring about 12 to 15 inside, but they're not what you'd call large pieces. I have them cut small enough where I can get my hand around them to load my arms or bag. It sits on my hearth, so it's not what I'd call huge...but I love it!
Q: Can it be used outside?
A: I am not sure...it is pretty sturdy and it is so nice looking I don't know if I would put outside. Maybe it it was on a covered porch or patio it would be ok.
