- [ ] cooking inside of a small space can be very  challenging and extremely dangerous. this is why i   chose the origo 3000 dual burner alcohol stove.  it uses denatured alcohol, which is very easy   to find in places like home-depot, Lowe’s , and  Walmart’s; and come in various sized containers.   i normally buy one gallon cans ,with prices  ranging between 15 to 20 dollars. i do cook   very often but if i’m pressed for time , ill make  sandwiches or eat yogurt and cereal for breakfast,   so there are many meals in which i don’t use  my stove but ill typically get 4 to 6 weeks of   use with a gallon of fuel. i chose an alcohol  stove primarily for safety reasons, for one , its   not explosive like propane, modern alcohol stoves  are non pressurized and can be extinguished   with water. the second reason, alcohol burns  fairly clean, however its not 100 percent safe.   depending on the
