- BEFORE YOU PLEACE YOUR ORDER -
What is your laptop model? You can find out by looking at the back of your MacBook!
Step 1: Power down your mac , flip it over on to it's back; 
Step 2: There will be small text on the back where you can find your model number. It will start with the letter 'A'
- AFTER YOU PLEACE YOUR ORDER -

[PLEASE NOTE] To protect your benefits and maintain the reputation of DQQH, we will not proceed to make the personalized case until all the information are confirmed and agreed mutually including as follows:
1.Check Model Number again. To be doubly sure, you can send some photos of your MacBook to us for checking, and we are capable of personalizing all models of MacBook Cases.
2. We recommend using an image greater than 1 MB and for best results a 2500 X 3500px or Higher Resolution photo shot in portrait mode, Otherwise the actual image on the case will be pixilated.
If you insist, we will respect your ideas and make the case as you wish, you will be responsible for all the consequences arising from your own.
3. Personalized signatures/Texts are supportable, send us the pictures of your text design.Need to be provided: Font, Font size, Font color, and the expecting text location.
