all right so this pie guy here you're looking at a uh dc step down voltage converter as you can see we got two little uh displays here top ones for voltage bottom one's for amps we have our in our out i just have this hooked up to my uh meter and i'm just powering it off a usb right now just for the purpose of this video so we're doing uh five volts coming in and this is good for 5 to 32 volts in with a output of 30 watts 5 amps so and if you run like 2 amps constant you might have to put a heatsink on this little guy here so anyway let's power it on so right there's your on switch so right now by default we're at 4.83 volts and if we look at our meter here we're at 4.889 so something's off a hair it could be this could be that who knows it's close enough so what we're going to do is we're going to set this for uh we'll just set it for six amps i mean uh six volts well we'll set it for
