the purpose of this video is to show you how to hook up a DVD player to a television now you're going to notice this DVD player is its non-american it's a Chinese DVD player but this is a very simple process of course you need a cable and the cable we'll be using today is called a component video cable and there are five RCA connectors on this cable you have the left and right audio which are red and white and then you have the high-definition component cables red green and blue and you want to turn your DVD around very easy and you want to do a color match if you look right here where my finger is pointing you've got red blue green just plug in the red blue green and the red and the white and I'm gonna pick this video up when I'm connecting the TV okay now we have the cable connected to the back of the DVD you can see the red and white audio right there it's where the sound comes from
