This WNYPC ® product is useful for the following scenarios or access the WNYPC ® recovery tools to perform various tasks:

• Windows can't boot because Boot Manger / MBR / BOOTMGR / NTLDR or Boot.ini is missing.
• Re-install Windows 10 on computer originally came with genuine Windows 10 Home / Windows 10 Pro / Windows 10 Education / other editions, or reinstall 64 bit Windows 10 on computer already upgraded from Windows 7/8 but failed to start up.
• Upgrade genuine 64 bit Windows 7 / 8/ 8.1 to corresponding Windows 10 edition. For upgrade, Windows 7 / 8/ 8.1 needs to be fully functional and activated / licensed, otherwise users need to find a disc to reinstall Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 first. (Also, this product is not for upgrading Windows 10 to another Windows 10 edition)
• Stuck in Advanced Boot Options Screen or repair screen, Blue-Screen of Death, beeping fatal system error, boot loop, need to diagnose / repair startup issues, or need to retrieve / back up files before reinstallation
• Virus or malicious software / spyware, update crash problems
• Hard Drive has died and replaced with new or wiped HDD
• Re-partition hard drive, or resize partition / repartition
• Need a fresh install / factory reset to make computer run fast again like new, forgot administrator / user login password
