The Eagle 4510LEGS yellow steel tower safety cabinet for flammable liquid stores up to 45 one-gallon cans and has two adjustable shelves, a double-walled construction with welded 18-gauge steel internal and external walls, two manually closing doors, and a 2" vent with fire baffle and cap. The cabinet's two adjustable galvanized steel shelves are 14-3/4" deep and each shelf can hold up to 350 lb. The internal and external walls are welded 18-gauge steel, and double-walled construction provides 1.5" of air space on the sides, top, bottom, and back of the doors and walls to slow the spread of fire. Two manually closing doors with continuous piano hinges, a three-point key lock, and a button latch keep contents secure. To minimize accidental ignition of fumes, the cabinet has a 2" vent with a fire baffle and cap, and a ground connection to dissipate static electricity. The 2" raised sill helps prevent spills from leaking. The 4" galvanized steel legs can be adjusted to level the cabinet; provide cleaning access under the cabinet; raise the cabinet over floor and baseboard vents, plumbing, and wires; and avoid corrosion by keeping the bottom of the cabinet from coming into contact with moisture on the floor. The cabinet has a high-gloss, baked-on, yellow powder paint finish and comes with a trilingual warning label that reads "Flammable: Keep Fire Away" in French, English, and Spanish. The cabinet measures 69 x 43 x 18 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the distance from front to back.) It meets Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) specifications and National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) Code 30, and is approved by FM Global (FM).
Safety cabinets are used to identify, organize, and segregate potentially hazardous material to reduce the spread of fire and risk of exposure to fumes. Cabinets may have sta
