hey what's going on guys today's video I'm gonna be discussing a razor charger now what we're getting here is you have two options here obviously a really legitimate charger will light up red and then it will go green when it is fully charged some people are reporting after one hour it flips over green obviously it's not charged and you're like what in the world is going on my charger was actually making a lot of noise from the charger I tried different electrical outlets it was still it was making this like scratchy noise and the light was consistently staying green now I just did a battery swap and it's for some strange reason it's actually gone back to red and it seems like it's functioning normal so either the charger is diagnosing that your batteries are bad but in most cases no so what you want to do if your charger is green even though you know your scooter is dead leave it on fo
