1.5V Silver Oxide Battery

hey everyone in this video I'm going to show you how to measure whether a button cell or coin cell battery is dead or whether it's good you can apply a general rule that if the battery is in the shape of a coin if your battery it looks like this one here or this one or this one you can just assume that it is going to have 3.0 volts if good and if it has a voltage around 2.5 volts or less you can assume that it is bad so I'll just demonstrate that really quickly with the volt meter which I'll describe later and since batteries all are DC you will want to set your meter to the DC voltage setting and place the black lead in the center of the battery this is with the battery marking down towards the table and then take your red lead and place it on the side so this battery measures 3.3 volts so that is above the 3 point 0 volts for a good cell so that's definitely a good battery probably ne
